How it Works!
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about Tilted Spray Co. products and how to get the most out of your purchase.
How do I fit it to my Spray Bottle?
Tilted™ attaches 2 different ways depending on the trigger sprayer. Please check instructions and the video linked above to see how it works!
- Remove your current tube
Unscrew the sprayer and pull off the original dip tube. - Attach TILTED™
Push the TILTED™ tube firmly onto the bottom of the sprayer. Make sure it’s fully seated. - Check the fit
Place it into your bottle and make sure the weighted end can move freely. - Trim if needed
If the tube is too long, trim a small amount at a time until it fits properly. - Test spray
Fill the bottle and test upright first, then tilt to confirm it sprays correctly.
What if it doesn’t fit my sprayer?
Some sprayers have smaller connection points.
- You can cut a short section of your original tube and use it as a connector
- Then insert the TILTED™ tube into that piece
How do I know if it’s installed correctly?
- The tube stays attached when spraying
- The weight moves freely inside the bottle
- It continues spraying when tilted
Can I use it with any bottle?
TILTED™ fits most standard:
- 28/400
- 28/410 sprayers
If your bottle uses a standard trigger sprayer, it will usually work.
Which version should I use for my chemicals?
Standard TILTED™ (Most common choice)
Best for everyday use.
Works with:
- All-purpose cleaners (APC)
- Degreasers
- Glass cleaners
- Interior/detail sprays
- Most water-based chemicals
👉 This version is more flexible, allowing full 360° spray (including upside down)
TILTED™ Acid-Resistant (For harsh chemicals)
Built for stronger, more aggressive chemicals.
Recommended for:
- Wheel acids
- Acid-based cleaners
- Strong industrial chemicals
- Solvent-heavy products
👉 Uses a more durable tube that resists breakdown from harsh chemicals
What’s the difference in performance?
- Standard:More flexibleSprays at any angle (360°)
- Acid-Resistant:More rigidSprays side-to-side (~180°)Not designed for upside-down use
Which one should I choose?
- Use Standard if you’re using typical cleaners
- Use Acid-Resistant if you’re using harsh or acidic chemicals
👉 If you’re unsure, standard works for most applications
Can I use the standard version with strong chemicals?
We don’t recommend it.
Harsh chemicals can:
- Break down the tubing over time
- Reduce lifespan
- Affect performance
Can I use the acid version for everything?
Yes—but keep in mind:
- It won’t spray upside down
- It’s slightly stiffer
👉 It’s built for durability, not maximum flexibility
Why are there two versions?
Because no single material does both perfectly.
- Flexible = better movement (360°)
- Chemical-resistant = more rigid (180°)
We built both so you can choose what matters more:
👉 Flexibility or chemical durability

Our Story
Even simple Ideas can take time to make right.
March 2022 — The Idea
It started with a simple frustration.
Spray bottles worked great… until they didn't.
Halfway empty, they stop spraying.
Tilt the bottle, and the tube loses suction.
Product gets wasted every single time.
So we tried something basic — adding a weighted tube that could follow the liquid.
The first prototype was rough, but it proved one thing:
If the tube stays submerged, the bottle keeps spraying.
That was the moment the idea stuck.
May 2024 — Refining the Concept
We came back to it with a better mindset.
This time it wasn't just an idea — it was a problem worth solving properly.
We tested different tube materials, different weights and shapes, and different ways to make it fit standard sprayers.
Most versions failed. Some kinked. Some didn't stay down. Some worked… but only sometimes.
But each version got us closer to something reliable.
June 2025 — The Hard Lesson
We tried to scale too early.
We went all-in on resin printing and outside help, thinking it would speed everything up. It didn't.
Parts weren't consistent. Quality wasn't there. Costs added up fast.
What was supposed to move us forward actually set us back.
That stretch forced a decision: either walk away… or do it the right way.
November 2025 — Betting on Ourselves
We reset everything.
No shortcuts. No outside direction.
We saved the money ourselves and committed to proper injection molding — the way it should've been done from the start.
That meant better consistency, better durability, and a product we could actually stand behind.
It took longer. But this time, it was right.
The Product That Works
What came out of it wasn't complicated.
Just a simple adapter that keeps the tube submerged, sprays at any angle, and works the way people expect it to.
No redesigning your setup. No special bottles.
Just something that finally fixes the problem.
Today
TILTED™ is used by people who rely on spray bottles every day — detailers, cleaners, shops, and homeowners. People who don't want to fight their tools.
