About Tilted

Our Story

I didn’t set out to reinvent the spray bottle. I just got tired of wasting time and product every day detailing cars, flipping bottles upside down, shaking them, and getting nothing but air. You know that half-second sputter that happens right when you’re trying to finish a panel? Multiply that by hundreds of sprays a day — it adds up to frustration, wasted product, and wasted motion.

That’s where the idea for Tilted™ started.

I’ve spent years running a detailing shop. We go through bottles like crazy — triggers wear out, chemicals eat away the tubes, and you end up tossing half-used bottles because they can’t pull the last bit out. It always bugged me how every “fix” out there — like the so-called 360 sprayers — either broke fast, leaked, or cost a small fortune. None of them actually solved the core problem: getting every drop, every time.

So I decided to solve it myself.

The Problem

Every standard sprayer depends on a rigid tube that only works when the bottle is perfectly upright. Tilt it — even slightly — and the tube lifts out of the liquid. That’s why they sputter halfway through the job, wasting product and time.

For professionals, that’s lost efficiency. For everyone else, it’s just plain annoying.

The Breakthrough

The solution was simpler than anyone expected — a weighted, flexible dip tube that follows the fluid, no matter how the bottle tilts.

It took countless prototypes to get it right: balancing weight, flexibility, chemical resistance, and flow rate. After a lot of testing (and more than a few failed prints), we landed on a design that just works — every angle, every spray, every bottle.

That became the Tilted™ Adapter.

From 3D Prints to Production

We started by printing the first adapters in UV resin, hand-assembling each one in the shop. It worked — but over time, we saw the resin absorb chemicals and become brittle. So we redesigned it from the ground up using polypropylene and platinum-cured silicone — the same materials used in food and medical applications. Completely chemical-resistant, reusable, and built to last.

What started as a quick fix for my own shop became a product that works across industries — detailing, cleaning, restaurants, industrial maintenance — anywhere a spray bottle is used.
