What is a Tilted adapter?

The Tilted™ Adapter is a flexible weighted dip-tube system that replaces your standard spray bottle pickup tube. It keeps the tube submerged no matter how you tilt or flip the bottle — letting you spray every last drop, at any angle, without sputtering or wasting product.

How does it work?

Inside the adapter is a small weighted end and a flexible silicone tube. The weight keeps the tube’s opening sitting at the lowest point in the liquid, while the flexible tubing follows the movement of the bottle. You can spray sideways, upside down, or nearly empty — and it’ll still spray like it’s full.

What bottles does it fit?

Tilted™ fits nearly all standard 28/400 neck spray bottles — the common thread size used for most detailing, cleaning, and industrial bottles.

It can be trimmed to fit smaller bottles or longer ones if needed.

✅ Works with brands like: IK, Zep, Tolco, Griot’s, Meguiar’s, AutoFiber, and generic spray bottles.

Is it reusable?

Yes. Each adapter can be used over and over again. Just rinse it out when changing chemicals and reinstall. The materials are built to last for years under normal use.

What Chemicals is it compatible with?

Tilted™ uses polypropylene (PP) and platinum-cured silicone tubing, both of which are chemical-resistant and food-safe materials.

They hold up well to:

  • All-purpose cleaners (APC)
  • Degreasers
  • Iron removers
  • Ceramic sprays
  • Glass cleaners
  • Alcohol solutions
  • Wheel acids (up to 10%)
  • Solvent-based dressings (moderate use)

⚠️ Avoid long-term storage in highly concentrated acids or solvents (like tar removers or pure IPA) — over time, they can soften the tubing.

Collapsible rowWhat happens if it clogs or loses suction?

That usually means the filter or weight has a bit of buildup.

Quick fix:

  1. Pull off the silicone tube.

  2. Flush warm water or isopropyl alcohol through it.

  3. Reattach — good as new.

You can also soak the weighted end in mild degreaser if you’ve been using thick dressings or waxes.

Can it handle heat or cold?

Yes — silicone tubing remains flexible from –40°F to 400°F.

Polypropylene parts stay solid under most shop conditions.

No freezing damage, no cracking, no warping in the sun.

What if the weight comes off?

That means the silicone stretched from heat or chemical exposure.

Trim ¼ inch off the end and push it back onto the barb — it’ll tighten right up.

A small zip tie can also be used to secure it if the problem persists.(recommended for citrus cleaners and degreasers)

If you lose the weight entirely, we’ll replace it (see warranty below).

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every Tilted™ Adapter comes with a 90-day replacement warranty.

If yours cracks, loses a weight, or fails for any reason under normal use, email us at support@tiltedspray.com with a photo and we’ll send a new one.

Is it patented?

Tilted™ is patent pending in the United States. All rights reserved.

How do I clean it between chemicals?

Rinse thoroughly with warm water, or flush with diluted isopropyl alcohol for tougher residues. Avoid bleach or ammonia mixtures.

Can I cut the tubing shorter?

Yes — absolutely. Just cut the silicone tube with scissors to match your bottle’s height. Keep the weighted end sitting near the bottom.

Can I buy replacements or bulk packs?

Yes — available in 3-packs, 6-packs, and 12-packs on our website or through authorized distributors.

For wholesale or distributor pricing, visit tiltedspray.com/wholesale.

What makes it better than other angled sprayers?

There are a few great options for 360° trigger sprayers, Tilted takes a different approach. Up to 80% cheaper, completely reusable, and fits any spray trigger out there. Including pump sprayers!

Don't be locked into a single overpriced brand. Value is what we do!

What other use case does it have?

Definitely. Tilted™ works for:

  • Household cleaning
  • Garden and pest control
  • Cooking oils and griddle sprays
  • Industrial chemicals
  • Paint and coatings

Anywhere you use a spray bottle, Tilted™ improves it.

What if my sprayer still sputters?

A few possibilities:

  1. The sprayer head is damaged or leaking air. Try swapping the head.

  2. The tubing is too short — make sure the weight reaches the bottom.

  3. The bottle threads are loose — wrap once with plumber’s tape for a tight seal.

How do I store it long-term?

Store bottles upright and out of direct sunlight when not in use.

If storing for months, rinse and dry the adapter to prevent buildup or weight corrosion.

What’s the expected lifespan?

With normal use, you can expect 1-2 years or longer of consistent performance before replacing.

Silicone and polypropylene both resist fatigue and don’t harden like vinyl tubing.

We back our product with a 90 day full replacement warranty so you can go all season stress free!
