We keep our warranty simple, fair, and straightforward.
Coverage
Adapters (Standard + Acid-Resistant)
- Covered for 365 days from the date of purchase
- Includes both:
- Standard TILTED™ adapters
- Acid-resistant TILTED™ adapters
What the warranty includes
- All warranties are replacement-based
- If your product fails under normal use, we will send a replacement
What we need from you
To process a warranty claim, you must provide:

Proof of purchase
- Order number, receipt, or confirmation email
Without proof of purchase, we cannot process a claim.

We may ask a few questions or request photos—this helps us:
